Dog training classes
Why should I go to dog training classes? is a question that I am asked frequently.
Well, I could write 50 books on why you and your pooch should attend dog training classes, but I won’t bore you. Rather, I’ll attempt to touch on the main, important reasons why everyone should attend dog training classes for at least the first year of their pooch’s life.
You see, the biggest killer of our dogs today is not road accidents or disease but euthanasia which is humane killing by lethal injection. Sadly every year tens of thousands of healthy dogs are put to sleep largely due to their owner’s ignorance, because their dog’s behavior problems and these bad habits often lead to neglect, despair and abandonment of the poor animal. It’s for this very reason that I believe in educating the owners as well as their furkids at my dog training classes.
I highly recommend everyone attends dog training classes - starting from the time you first get a dog or puppy.
Responsible dog training schools should teach your dog life skills like bite inhibition, social graces, manners and discipline while humans should be taught how to control difficult dogs and how to prevent dogs biting, chewing, digging, fighting, house soiling and incessant barking etc.
If you attend my dog training classes, you are also taught everyday dog skills like how to raise a good family companion and guard dog, and how to interpret Barklish as well as useful tips and much much more, with the emphasis on dog psychology.
Remember, a trained dog is a pleasure for the rest of it’s life, so book into dog training classes yesterday …. it’s never too late … or too early!
