Question
Hi Gly
nne,
I want to train my ring neck to stop screaming and seeking attention all the time. I am afraid that I’ve spoiled him in the process of trying to give enough attention.
Part of the problem is that I can not take the chance of letting him sit on my furniture or on my shoulder since he bites holes into everything. He’s very destructive when let loose, therefore I leave him on his cage and perch, but he keeps on screaming for attention…
Please help, he’s driving me crazy.

Hi Sanet
You really need to research parrot care as you don’t appear to know much about your precious little bird.
You haven’t spoilt your ring neck parrot at all but instead you have frustrated him. Screaming and seeking attention indicates great unhappiness, as he is try to tell you something is very wrong in his life.
