This naughty little puppy wants to chew on everyone’s hand! Patty wants to know how to stop him doing it.

We have a 3 month old German Shepherd that we got from the SPCA, he is a lovely dog, except that he always wants to chew on our arm or hand. We have got him loads of toys to help him with teething, but he still tries to bite people - not aggressively though, but with such sharp teeth, it is not pleasant. What is the best way to teach him no.
