I am very glad I came across this website. I absolutely love animals, dogs in particular & although I can’t have one because I live in a flat the info is interesting & helps me to understand the dog I had (have) at my parental home & keeps my close to him (I miss him so, so much). I am so glad there are others out there who are as passionate about them as I am. Please keep it up!

    Hi Olivia
Thank you for your kind comments and input – please don’t stop, I love to hear from you all.
    All the best
    Glynne

I love Glynne’s humour and really look forward to receiving notification that the latest newsletter is available. The topics are very relevant and I make time to read all the articles.

    Keep up the good work….

    Hi Karen
Thanks you so much – how kind of you to take the trouble to write in.
Especially for you – I will keep up the ‘good work’, and hopefully also keep a smile on your face.
    Warm wishes
    Glynne

    Dear Glynne
Please send me your address so that I can send you a free DVD on Glycoutrients as the benefits are so enourmous, especially where doctors and vets have given up on patients. Once you have seen the DVD, you will be confident to suggest to those desperate owners, that they might look at Glyconutrients as an option, rather than putting their beloved pet down.

    Hi Laureen
I have heard about Glyconutrients and I do know they are extremely expensive.
However I am afraid we do not advertise on this page unless you would like to sponsor a link.
    Thank you for your interest
    Glynne

    Hello Glynne

I posted a question yesterday about continual dog barking in the complex where I live, as per your request in response to my email.

Now I’m trying to find my posting and any response that you have had time to add, and I can’t find it!

I’ve searched under Dogs, Client comments, Dog behaviour, Dog training, Dog, Barking, and Uncategorised, but nary a hint of my question…

Please could you mail me to indicate where I should look. If my question has been deleted, please mail me with the reasons for the deletion.

    Thank you

    Brian Cox (Centurion, Pretoria)

  6. Brian Cox Says:

    Hello

Thank you for your response to my previous enquiry. However, I am still waiting for a response to the original problem, that being dogs that bark for no reason in a townhouse complex.

You said it would be “a few days”, that’s fully understandable, but hey, from 22 Feb to 05 March is nearly two weeks!

And I can’t even find my original question, leading meto believe that it’s been deleted!

    Please help.

    Thank you

    Brian Cox

    Hi Brian

Your question was in fact answered quite awhile ago and it has not been deleted.
Please check our ask a question page.

With respect to the catnip issue. You may be interested to know that it is not only pure felines that react to catnip. We have an animal rehab centre down the road, which happens to have catnip growing in the garden (very easy to grow by the by). When feed to the African Wildcats they definitely respond. But the surprise was the genets who couldn’t get enough

    Hi Bronwen
The whole of the cat family are susceptible to the joys of cat nip even lions. In fact there is a certain wild genius of the Nepeta (Catnip) family which is ‘snorted’ by most the big cats (with the exception of tigers)
    Have fun
    Glynne
